Job Responsibilities
- Write quality, maintainable code
- Develop the existing and new functionality
- Optimize PHP scripts/SQL query execution times and code debugging
- Write documentation for public APIs
- Communicate with backend/frontend teams to ensure understanding of API requirements and data delivery
- Write automated testing tasks to ensure error-free operation of the software
- Document code and update technical specifications for the project
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a PhP developer
- Solid experience and knowledge of PHP
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Strong knowledge of Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Experience with Subversion/Git version control tools
- Minimum of 2 live project rollouts
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Ability to independently research and implement new technologies and ideas
- Ability to execute projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines
